Paris & London | A Month of Madness

The last you guys heard, I was in London for Fashion Week, well oh how things have changed... PARIS SHOWROOM Following London, I was at home for a week, before flying to Paris on the 28th of February for the ROKSANDA AW17 Sales week. I arrived in on the Tuesday night, just in time to finish out Pancake Tuesday with Katie and I had the next day to chill before starting the week in the showroom from the 2nd-10th of March. It was a great (albeit hectic) week, doing anything from teas and coffees, to dressing the models, merchandising and greeting clients. Half way through the week in the showroom (6th of March to be precise), I had a follow up chat with Carmela the CEO, re: the interview I had in the ROKSANDA Head Office, back in February when I was in London *drum Roll please* and I got offered the job as Office Manager at ROKSANDA in London. London Life: Week 8 - Organisational Heaven!

Week eight of twelve complete and London Fashion Week is fast approaching!! Regent's Park Monday:  I continued working on my embroidery piece, went to London Trimmings for elastic and spent the evening assembling golden card beetles with super glue for an installation. Baker Street Station Tuesday:  Myself and Katie were assigned the job of organising the whole archive, so starting with the Giles AW 2004 collection, we had to sort through every collection, arranging them in order and making note of what was in stock and what wasn't. As you can imagine this took quite a lot of time, but it was great to see all the garments first hand. By then end of Tuesday, we had completed as far as 2008. For those of you who know me, you will know that I do love organisation, so sadly enough, this was a really enjoyable task! Fashion Week Feature: New York

The 'Big Four' Fashion Weeks for SPRING/SUMMER 2015  have been running throughout this month. First up we had  New York Fashion Week which ran from the 4th to the 11th of September 2014. Closely followed by London , which was from the 12th to the 16th of September. Then onto Milan Fashion Week running from the 17th to the 23rd, bringing us up to Paris , which began on the 23rd and will run until the 1st of October. I'm gonna give a quick run down of each one, individually. First up is New York. Here's what and who we will be wearing this coming Spring/Summer.
